Why cookies exist

MeshMetrics may use cookies or similar local storage mechanisms to remember choices, maintain basic site behavior, and understand aggregate traffic patterns. The website does not need cookies to hide fees or change plan prices.

Preference storage

The static site stores a cookie-consent decision locally so the banner does not reappear after you select Accept or Decline. This is a functional preference rather than a marketing profile.

Analytics

Where analytics are enabled, information is intended to be used in aggregate to understand which site areas are visited and whether pages load as expected. Exact providers, if any, should be configured by the site owner before production deployment.

Your choices

You can decline non-essential cookie use through the banner. Browser settings can also limit or remove stored cookies and local storage, although doing so can reset site preferences.

Local storage

The checkout demo stores cart, promotion, subscriber, and cookie-consent state in local storage for the browser. These values demonstrate the front-end flow and do not represent a live payment ledger.

Third-party links

Links to external services may have their own privacy and cookie practices. Review the policies of a third-party destination before supplying information there.

Changes

This policy may change when analytics, authentication, or other site capabilities are added. Review it again before production launch if additional vendors are connected.

Contact

When company contact fields are populated in data/company.js, the footer and contact areas can display those details. Empty fields are intentionally hidden.

Essential versus optional behavior

The public pages can be viewed without accepting analytics cookies. The consent decision primarily controls whether the banner returns. Additional production tools may introduce their own cookie categories, and those categories should be disclosed in a revised policy before those tools are enabled.

Browser controls

Most current browsers provide settings for clearing site data, blocking third-party cookies, or limiting storage. Removing local storage can also remove the saved cart or consent state used by this front-end demonstration, which may cause a visitor to see the initial site state again.

Accessibility and consent

The consent banner is designed to make the site choice visible without obscuring the main navigation. If additional categories are introduced in production, the interface should continue to identify those categories clearly and provide an understandable choice before non-essential tracking begins.
