MeshMetrics is a cloud monitoring console for websites, APIs, certificates, and service endpoints. You define endpoints you own or are authorized to monitor, choose a check interval, and receive recorded events and alerts through the channels available on your plan.
2. How does the 14-day free trial work?
The trial lasts 14 days and requires no credit card. Nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel before the trial ends without a charge.
3. How do I get access after purchase?
After the demo checkout flow completes, an activation code is sent to the email address you entered. The delivery wording is: Instant delivery — activation code by email.
4. What's the difference between the four plans?
The plans vary by monitor count, check interval, status-page capacity, alert channels, data retention, seats, and advanced capabilities such as API access and multi-region probes.
5. Can I upgrade or downgrade?
You can change plans from the account workflow. When a plan change takes effect, billing can be adjusted on a prorated basis according to the subscription terms.
6. How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation is available from account settings with no cancellation fee. A cancelled subscription remains available through the current paid period.
7. What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
8. What are collaboration seats?
Seats identify people who can work in the monitoring workspace. Array includes 3 seats, Grid includes 5 seats, and Mesh includes 15 seats.
1. Do I need to install an agent?
No local agent is required for standard web checks. MeshMetrics performs cloud-side probes, so the monitored endpoint does not need a daemon installed on the same machine.
2. Does it work offline?
The monitoring engine and cloud probes continue operating while the console is not open. The browser console itself needs a network connection to display current monitoring information.
3. Which browsers and devices?
The console is designed for current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, with responsive layouts for desktop and mobile browsers.
4. Who owns my monitoring data?
You retain ownership of the monitoring data associated with your account, and the product provides export paths for operational history. MeshMetrics does not claim ownership of the underlying service information you submit.
5. Can I monitor sites I don't own?
Only monitor websites and systems that you own or have authorization to monitor. The product is intended for legitimate monitoring of your own or authorized infrastructure.
6. What counts as a monitor?
A monitor is one configured endpoint that MeshMetrics checks according to the interval included in your plan. Different URLs or service endpoints count separately when configured as separate monitors.
7. What alert channels are supported?
Sensor provides email alerts. Array adds SMS and Slack. Grid adds webhooks, while Mesh includes all available channels plus API access and multi-region probes.
